Lindsay Bendell is a nationally recognized non-capital mitigation specialist. Beginning her career in Colorado as a Public Defender Social Worker, Lindsay has honed her skills over the years to provide support on all levels of cases, from pre-trial to post-conviction.

Lindsay has worked on cases across the U.S. and has assisted in obtaining freedom for multiple clients. Ms. Bendell is not only skilled in writing reports that persuade judges and prosecutors to lend mercy, she is passionate about criminal justice advocacy and ensuring that every client’s story is told.

Ms. Bendell has been featured as a presenter for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, has provided CLE training for attorney organizations across the country, and has created the only on-demand education program specifically for non-capital mitigation, Mitigation Mentor.
